Where We Ship

FSTCARMKE LLC currently ships orders to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently ship internationally, including to Canada or Mexico.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by FSTCARMKE LLC. Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, FSTCARMKE LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. You may also contact the carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.

If you believe your package is lost or there is another shipping issue, please contact us at support@fstcarmke.com and provide your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.
